PhD with ADHD
I was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) right before starting graduate school. I provide this page to assist future graduate students who struggle with ADHD.
We who have ADHD struggle with initiating tasks. The best guidance for improving task initiation is the book The Adult ADHD Tool Kit: Using CBT to Facilitate Coping Inside and Out by J. Russell Ramsay and Anthony L. Rostain.
